Instructions (also viewable in Benchmarker™):

1. Obtain Login Information:
   1. Once payment is authorized a receipt will be sent via email to the email address that you provided to us. This email will include a link for you to click on that will create your Benchmarker account.
   2. A second email will be sent to your email address that includes login information: a URL link, user name, and password. You will now be able to access your own personal and private Benchmarker account. (Please note that payment authorization varies with each credit card and can take up to 1 full business day to process.)
2. Answer the Questionnaire:
   1. Complete your company profile and save it.
   2. Start answering each question in the questionnaire with your personal point of view.  The questionnaire length is 18 questions and will take approximately 30 minutes to finish. Note – you do not have to complete the questionnaire in one session, but you must save your answers before exiting Benchmarker.
   3. When the questionnaire is complete, review your answers and make any final changes before submitting it for analysis.
   4. When you are satisfied with your answers, submit your questionnaire. Note – once you submit the questionnaire, it cannot be changed or reused.
3. Run the Analysis:
   1. The analysis will take a few minutes as it is comparing your results against the database.
   2. Download your report to keep as a permanent record (PDF). Note: you will have access to your Benchmarker account for approximately 3 months.

  • Idea-To-Launch Product Innovation Process Report (PDF) - a 32 page executive summary including 21 charts
• Comments Report (PDF)– a record of all free-text comments entered into Benchmarker when you completed the questionnaire
• XML report – an xml file containing all answers entered into Benchmarker when you completed the questionnaire.
